We partnered with Pablo’s to create a hot sauce that is richly flavorful and intensely satisfying. It’s bright with sweet cherries and chilis and finishes with smoke and Pablo’s coffee. For this product, we’re using a full-bodied dark roast called Danger Monkey, Pablo’s most popular coffee.
Ingredients: water, cherry juice, apple cider vinegar, Danger Monkey dark roast coffee, organic cherries, organic apple juice, monkfruit sweetener, chipotle meco, ancho chili, salt, ghost chili.
How long does the hot sauce last?
It’s good unopened for 2 years, and after opening 1 year.
Does the hot sauce need to be refrigerated?
Our hot sauces are all natural and preservative free, and therefore need to be stored properly. They do not require refrigeration, but need to be kept in a cool, dark place that is 72*F or less.
Why did we partner with Pablo’s coffee?
We’ve known Craig (the owner) and his crew for about 7 years, and we recently took over their former coffee roasting facility and turned it into our manufacturing facility. Pablo’s coffee is the original craft coffee shop and roastery here in Denver, Colorado, and we absolutely love their coffee.
