Avocado Toast with Electric Lime Hot Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 slice of bread (any kind you like)
• Half an avocado, smashed and seasoned with salt and pepper
• 1 chive, chopped
• 1 boiled egg, sliced
• ½ tsp sesame seeds
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp Electric Lime Hot Sauce

Directions

Toast the slice of bread. While the bread is toasting, smash the avocado and season with salt and pepper. Chop the scallion.

Pull bread out of toaster and smear with butter. Add mashed avocado. Place the sliced boiled egg over the smash avocado and then top with chives, sesame seeds and Electric Lime.
