Broccoli Salad with Jamberry Sriracha


  • 8 cups broccoli cut into bite-sized pieces
  • ⅓ cup red onion diced
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds
  • ½ cup bacon bits
  • ½ cup diced apples (I prefer red varieties, but if you like granny smith, then use those)


  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons monkfruit sweetener
  • 3 tablespoons Jamberry Sriracha
  • salt & pepper to taste


Whisk together dressing ingredients in a medium bowl. Set aside.

In a large bowl, combine broccoli, onion, cranberries, sunflower seeds, and bacon bits. Pour the prepared dressing over and mix well.

Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
