Broccoli Salad with Jamberry Sriracha
- 8 cups broccoli cut into bite-sized pieces
- ⅓ cup red onion diced
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ¼ cup sliced almonds
- ½ cup bacon bits
- ½ cup diced apples (I prefer red varieties, but if you like granny smith, then use those)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons monkfruit sweetener
- 3 tablespoons Jamberry Sriracha
- salt & pepper to taste
Whisk together dressing ingredients in a medium bowl. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine broccoli, onion, cranberries, sunflower seeds, and bacon bits. Pour the prepared dressing over and mix well.
Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
