Hummus with Fool’s Paradise Hot Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 (15.5) ounce can chickpeas, rinsed
- ¼ cup tahini
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup water
- 1 garlic clove
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Fool’s Paradise Hot Sauce
Process the chickpeas in the food processor until mostly smooth, about 1 minute. Add the rest of the ingredients and process for about 40 seconds. Transfer to a serving bowl and chill until the flavors have blended, at least 30 minutes.
